Au Natural!

Leather Wrap BraceletJeffrey Campbell Boots, H&M Shirt Dress, Essie Sand Tropez, H&M Skirt, Rebecca Minkoff MAC ClutchSam Edelman "Ionia" Slingback, MAC Lipstick in Myth]

This spring's color palette is au natural! Nudes and naturals are appearing everywhere! Natural tones create a lasting simplistic look. Above are some must have natural toned items for spring. Add a pop of color for a more vibrant statement.
A lot of people ask me if you can mix natural tones with black. My answer is always YES! Natural tones mixed with black construct a very eye-catching, classic look.
Remember, less is more. Don't overdo it with the face bronzer either.  Sweeping strokes of pink blush on the cheeks give a soft illusion, perfect for spring.

Leather Leather!

[Joie "Denver" Leather Shorts, Michael Kors Watch, Vintage Tassel Bracelet, House of Harlow Ring,
Ella Moss Top,  Sam Edelman Bootie]

I have been wanting to sport the tights and shorts trend all winter, but haven't found the perfect pair of shorts until now. I LOVE these smooth Joie leather shorts (and I found them on sale!! eeek!) They are so comfortable, and will be perfect for spring.
Sick of your winter wardrobe? There IS a way to wear spring trends now... and later! The answer is simple. Layer. Layer. Layer! Layer with long-sleeve t's underneath tanks, tank dresses; and opaque tights under shorts and skirts.

Your wool sweaters and leggings will thank you for giving them a vacation ;)

New Color... Yes Please!

I wasn't kidding when I said I had a lot of nail polish! Maybe it is a bit of an obsession of mine, but I honestly cannot say no to a hot new color.

I love changing my nails up, and usually change color about two times a week. I feel like a fresh color is a new beginning. I tend to stick with black and grey tones in the winter and brights in the summer, but lately I have been mixing up all kinds of crazy combinations!

I used to love OPI and still do, but lately I have really been getting into Essie. It stays on the nail for a long time, and doesn't chip as often as some other brands. I'm sure my Essie side of the collection will soon look like my OPI does... oh no!

Most girls I know house their precious nail lacquer in a cosmetic box or bag, they don't know what polishes they have, and may even buy duplicates of the same color.

I used to have this problem until my mom gave me this gold vintage mirror tray (thanks momma!) It is so chic, and now I can see all my colors at once (ahhhh!)

If you love to change your nail polish up as much as I do ( I admit I'm a nail polish hoarder!) then grab  yourself a tray or box so you can spread out all your polish. After all, your nail polish bottles should have their own closet too ;)!

Write It Out!

Recently, I have spent a lot of time thinking about who I am and what inspires me. Prior to starting this blog, I carried around a notebook and would write down a list of appropriate blog names, thus Endlessly Chic was born.

I noted in my "about me" section that I am a firm believer in making lists. Lists just help you stay on track, and keep organized.

I have always LOVED stationary supplies... and I don't know why. I love the clean, crisp smell of paper and books, and of course have always appreciated a cute little notebook or glittery pen to stick in my handbag.

Perusing around Borders one day, I stumbled across these Moleskine notebooks that are small and classic but come in fun vibrant colors (I bought the pink of course!) Moleskine notebooks are legendary, and have been used by the great Hemmingway, Picasso, and Chatwin. I love the durability of the notebook and the professional look that it has.

I can't tell you how many times I wish I would have taken note and wrote down things going on around me; good times/ inside jokes with friends, a list of things to do, inspirations or even just the crazy thoughts swimming in my head.

Now, I never travel anywhere without a little pocket notebook in case something strikes me that I don't want to forget!
