Four Things

This past weekend was awful. A ton of school work, a car wreck, and some unexpected ups and downs made for a total bust.  But, there is a light at the end of every tunnel! For many of us, finals are coming up and the end of the semester is nearing. Everyones stress levels are rearing, as we prepare for the end of something old, and the start of something new. Whatever it is that may have you down, here are four things to help boost your mood!

 Sunshine.
Sunshine always helps boost my mood. Even if your just outside for a few minutes, take deep breaths and enjoy the rays! Live in a cold area? The tanning booth never hurts for a quick "beach like" fix!

No Cell Phones.
About 98% of my weekend was spent away from my cell phone, with my cell turned OFF! Sometimes, when your stressed, constant text and jibber jabber only creates more stress. Try it! We are always glued to our phones, and sometimes it feels good to step away from technology once and awhile.

Tea Time!
Even though I LOVE coffee, sometimes its not the best thing to calm me down. I always turn to a nice hot cup of mint or peach tea to sooth my nerves!

Lists.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Making a list is the way to go! Sometimes, the best way to organize and de-stress is to sit down, and put everything you need to do in one place. This way, you know what's coming up, and what to begin preparing for!

Heres to a great week! Happy Monday!
