This past weekend, I spent some time at my Dad's in Tampa, Florida. Our first stop after the airport is always to historic Ybor City, located just northeast of downtown Tampa.
Ybor is an area that was founded in the 1880's by cigar manufacturers. Many Cuban, Italian, and Spanish immigrants populated Ybor at this time.
Today, Ybor is a quaint modern area with historical roots. You can be sure to eat a great meal in Ybor, and buy some fine Cuban cigars! My favorite restaurant is Carmines. They have the best Italian dishes!
Above are some pictures I took while visiting Ybor. La France is my favorite vintage store to stop at! They have the neatest things! I loved the decorative wall of hats!
